Q-Is the product look same as it looks on the website?
Yes, the products and fabrics are absolutely same as it is shown on the website. It’s our endeavor to make sure that we show the exact product on our website. However, some variations will be there due to light and device.
Q-Do you have Banarasi saree with real zari? What is the cost?

Q-Do you make custom designed sarees?
We deal in handloom saree. It takes months to weave once saree. So we can not take custom orders.
Q-How do I know if my saree is made using Cutwork or Kadhawa?
Kadhawa – It is the most laborious, sophisticated and intricate weaving technique. Using this technique, each motif is woven separately. Thus, when you look at a Kadhawa saree, it look similar from the both sides.
Cutwork – Unlike kadhawa, in this weaving technique, all the motifs are weaved together. After the weaving is completed, all the silk threads from the backside are cut down.
Q-Do you have a physical store?
Since we completely deal into online, we do not have any physical store. Our corporate office is located in Kamachha, Varanasi, India.
Q-What is the dimension of a saree?
The length of the saree is 5.5 meters (excluding the blouse piece) and width is 1.14 meters. The measurement might vary for few sarees because of the nature of the fabrics.

Q-What are the shipping charges for India?
There is no shipping charges in India.
Q-What happens if I missed my delivery?
In case you have missed your delivery, our courier partner will contact you again. Ideally, they make 3 attempts if the delivery is missed.
Order, payments, returns, cancellations, and refund
Q-In what circumstances I can return my orders?
Only If the delivered product has some defect, you can raise a request to return your order.
Q-How do I get the refund of my order? What is the process?
Once we received the product it will be examined by the quality team and if we find that the issues you have raised is correct, we will initiate the refund. It will take upto 7 working days to get it credited to your bank account.
Q-In what circumstances I can cancel my order?
- If your product has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order. Refund will be done according to your payment method. Any order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.
- In case you have received the order and didn’t like the product, you can cancel the order but there will be deduction of 15% of the order value against the handling cost. In case you have any query, please contact our support.
Q-Can I order without logging in to your website?
Yes, you can surely order without logging in to our website. But we recommend creating a log in before you order so that you can get the details of any offer or announcement early in future.

Q-Can I request to hold a saree and pay later?
We can hold a product for 24 hours.
Q- What is the process of pre-orders?
To buy a pre-order product below are the guidelines –
- You must pay whole amount in advance.
- Once we receive the payment, we will raise a request to weaving department to make the saree for you. It will take upto 20 days for weavers to complete the order. And then, it will take upto 10 working days to get this product delivered to you after we receive it at our end.
- In case of pre-order, order cannot be canceled.

Yes, you get upto 15% discount if your order value is above 100000/- INR. This offer is not valid on any already discounted products

Cutwork is a famous weaving technique that takes less time to make a saree. Unlike Kadhawa, all the motifs are woven together in this technique and once the saree is completed, all the silk threads from the back side of the saree are cut down.
